Quick Overview of school

Nepal police school is a not-for-profit educational institution run by Nepal Police organization under the patronage of Nepal Police educational trust. The school that is popularly acronymed as NPS and slanged as N’cops/D’cops, was established in 2040 by the then IGP late D. B. Lama to impart quality education to the children of police personnel who on the course of their duty of serving nation remain away from their family and children. Later the school was opened to general public too. With its long glorious history the school by now has established itself as one well sought iconic educational institution in the nation. Nepal Police School is strategically situated on Araniko Highway, at the outskirts of the bustling Kathmandu valley. It is an enticing paradise surrounded by lush greenery on the top of a little hill of Sanga, Kavre. The school's altitude of 1700m above sea level ensures that the temperature remains consistently two degrees Celsius lower than that of the Kathmandu valley, creating a serene and peaceful environment for learning. The tranquil and safe surroundings, far from the hustle and bustle of the town and free from pollution, create an inspiring learning atmosphere for students.
